The iOntoBioethics framework is an agile, semi-automatically generated, literature-based, and domain experts validated General Bioethics and Bioethics Pandemic Ontologies Operable in COVID-19 context with readiness for automatic governance of bioethics processes. These ontologies are openly and automatically enriched as the iOntoBioethics framework is being evolved as an open source platform for scientific, healthcare and ethics communities. iOntoBioethics not only it contribute to better understanding of bioethics processes, but also serves as a bridge linking these processes to healthcare systems. With a big data analytics platform, the iOntoBioethics framework has the potential to automatically inform bioethics governance adherence given the plethora of developing bioethics knowledge. The iOntoBioethics framework contributes towards setting the first building block for forming the field of “Bioethics Informatics”.
iCanViz is an intelligent cancer navigator of multiple cancer sites using a data strategy use-case driven approach in relation to cancer incidences, survivals and deaths (including associated risks) in the Arab world within certain reported years of cancer incidences per cancer site. A cancer Incidence Navigator needs a thorough study of the available and missing cancers data in the Arab world , and it requires study of the needs of the region in relation to cancers, their incidences, survival rates, deaths, and associated risks. This project is conducted to research and build a cancer incidence navigator for the Arab world, we call iCanViz.
iPeople.wd.SLH is a data analytics visuliser of Speaking, Language, and Hearing incidences in the Arab world. The project is being instantiated in selected focal countries as demonstrator to add further countries and cover the whole Arab world region in 1-2 years.
