The workshop is designed to capacitate healthcare stakeholders with the knowledge to strategically integrate digital technologies, such as AI, IoT, and telemedicine, into healthcare systems. It is targeted at healthcare project managers, policymakers, IT specialists, and public health professionals.

 This workshop is designed to empower participants with the essential skills for planning and managing capacity development in the digital healthcare workforce. Focusing on conducting workforce gap analyses and improving readiness for digital transformation, the workshop addresses workforce needs analysis, and sustainable integration of healthcare systems and technologies. Targeting healthcare leaders, training specialists, and students, tailored capacity-building strategies and effective training programs for upskilling clinical and non-clinical staff are explored. Participants will also explore best practices for developing digital health adoption culture, tackle digital literacy gaps challenges and resistance to change, and frameworks for assessing workforce readiness in the evolving digital health landscape.

It covers frameworks that promote ethical data collection and usage and aligns with global standards for data security.
